1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement governing access to the jayapoker website, account services, casino content, sports markets, promotions and related features. References to “jayapoker”, “we”, “our” or “the platform” mean the service made available through this website. References to “player”, “you” or “your” mean the individual accessing or using jayapoker.

2 Account Eligibility

3 Registration and Account Security

Each player may maintain only one personal jayapoker account unless written approval states otherwise. Registration details must be complete, current and accurate. You are responsible for protecting your jayapoker username, password and one-time verification codes. You must not share credentials, permit another person to use your account, or leave an active session unattended on a shared device. 4 Identity and KYC Verification

jayapoker may conduct Know Your Customer, age, source-of-funds, anti-fraud and payment ownership checks before or after account activation. Verification may be required before a deposit is accepted, a promotion is released, a withdrawal is processed or continued use is permitted.

Documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport, recent proof of address, payment ownership evidence and a selfie holding the identity document. Any document submitted to jayapoker must be authentic, legible, current and unaltered, except where non-essential digits may be masked with permission.

Standard reviews often take 24–48 hours, but additional checks may require more time. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in delayed transactions, restricted access or account closure. jayapoker will process verification data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

5 Deposits, Balances and Payments

jayapoker may support MYR transactions through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and direct transfer involving Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, fees and processing estimates may vary by account and will be shown in the cashier where applicable.

Only payment methods held in your own legal name may be used. Third-party deposits, borrowed payment credentials, chargeback abuse and transactions intended to disguise ownership are prohibited. jayapoker may return funds to their original source where operationally possible and may request supporting evidence before accepting or releasing funds.

An account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. Players must review transaction details before confirming them. Bank maintenance, eWallet interruptions, incorrect references and external payment checks may affect processing time. jayapoker is not responsible for delays solely caused by a payment provider or financial institution.

6 Withdrawals

A withdrawal request is subject to available balance, completed wagering requirements, identity verification, payment ownership checks and account review. jayapoker may require withdrawal to the same method used for deposit where permitted, or to another verified method belonging to the player.

Estimated processing times are not guarantees. First-time withdrawals, high-value transactions, unusual activity or incomplete KYC information may require manual review. Where a jayapoker account contains both deposited funds and promotional credit, the order in which balances are used or withdrawn may be governed by the relevant promotion rules.

A withdrawal may be declined, cancelled or returned for correction if details are inaccurate, the receiving account cannot be verified, or the request would breach these Terms & Conditions. Any applicable limit or fee will be displayed before confirmation where reasonably possible.

7 Casino Games and Sports Markets

8 Bonuses and Promotions

jayapoker promotions may be subject to eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, game contribution rates, maximum bonus stakes, expiry periods and withdrawal limits. A displayed reward is not guaranteed cash and cannot be withdrawn unless all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Players must read the specific rules before opting in. Unless a promotion states otherwise, rewards are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, payment method or shared environment. jayapoker may withhold or remove a reward obtained through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, manipulated transactions or another form of promotion abuse.

9 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use jayapoker to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse or any unlawful act;
• create duplicate, false or nominee accounts;
• use bots, automated tools, prohibited software or unfair technical assistance;
• exploit an obvious error, malfunction, incorrect price or settlement mistake;
• collude with another player or coordinate wagers to gain an unfair benefit;
• harass support staff, submit false evidence or interfere with jayapoker systems; or
• initiate a dishonest payment dispute after receiving the relevant account value.

jayapoker may investigate suspected prohibited conduct, preserve relevant records, void affected transactions where legally and contractually justified, restrict access or close an account. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled after the review, subject to payment reversals, lawful deductions and regulatory obligations.

10 Responsible Gambling

jayapoker is an entertainment service for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as employment, investment or a reliable way to recover previous losses. You are responsible for setting a personal budget, monitoring session time and stopping when participation is no longer affordable or enjoyable.

11 Technical Faults and Errors

jayapoker aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where a game round or wager is interrupted, the applicable game record and server record will be used to determine whether the transaction completed. 12 Suspension and Account Closure

Closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose beforehand. Valid remaining funds may be returned after applicable checks, while fraudulent proceeds, erroneous credits and amounts subject to a legitimate payment reversal may be withheld or adjusted where justified.

13 Liability and Player Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jayapoker is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, emotional distress, expected winnings or damage caused by a player's failure to secure account credentials. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for your gambling decisions, device security, internet connection, legal compliance and payment accuracy. 14 Changes to These Terms

jayapoker may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, security procedures, payment methods, responsible gambling standards or legal obligations. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published.

Where reasonably practical, material changes will be communicated through the website or account interface. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using jayapoker and request account closure.
